Multiple Artists Picture Book Gallery of the Reader Collection of Japanese Flower-and-Bird Art

The five pictures of flowers and (or) birds shown in this gallery were included in a picture book entitled Nihon Gafu (i.e., Japan Picture Album). It was edited by Fūko Matsumoto and published in 1891. The artists who drew these pictures were all active in the late 1800s. Click on a picture to enlarge it.
